Unprecedented vintage of a naturally sweet wine, with low edition, hand harvested. Two hundred years is a celebration!
Cherry red color, typical nose combining harmoniously jammy red fruits, orange peel and quince paste. Unctuousness and freshness are remarkably combined in this new cuvée.
Entirely hand-picked and stored on straw before pressing.
Passerillage (allows a concentration of sugars but also of acidities). Aged for 24 months in vats and then in barrels.
A wine for cheeses and desserts without hesitation. Try it with a sheep’s milk cheese like Ossau-Iraty, a fresh goat cheese or a piece of chocolate cake.
100% Tannat.
